Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers spacious rooms with clean, big beds that I loved, but unfortunately, we found pills on the floor behind a chair, which was a bit gross, especially with my little kids around. The service, however, was nice and helpful overall, although I had an issue with another customer being placed in the room I was assigned. The location, while close to where I needed to be, felt a little unsafe at night. The dining options were convenient as there were many things to see and do in the downtown area.
I was disappointed by the condition of the rooms, as they were worn and had ants, which I only noticed after unpacking. However, the service was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even promised to reimburse me for one night. The location, although crowded at times, was very convenient for my needs and close to important places. On the downside, the dining experience was terrible with just a coffee cake and apple juice in a bag for breakfast.
The hotel had some cleanliness issues in the rooms, but overall, they were nice and well-equipped. The service was friendly but had some confusion about room readiness. The location was good for activities, despite needing upgrades. The dining was enjoyable but supposed to be included in the rate. The facilities had some positives and negatives.
